chipmonk Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 Hi, I just moved my isy99 and PLM (2413s) twice. Once to a new location then back because the new location was too close to machinery (TV, sound system, etc.) that seemed to interfere with signals going to and returning from insteon devices. I moved it back where it was originally but switched the cat-5 ethernet cables from the router and PLM to the wrong ports on isy. Now the RX and TX lights are on full time and the ERR light is flashing. From what I've read my SD card needs replacing (I took it out and put it back in and nothing changed re the ERR light). I'll get another tomorrow. Also I'm no longer able to access the admin console via my computer. Has switching the cat-5 cables caused any damage? If so what must I do to get back in business? Thanks, Doug
Michel Kohanim Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 Hi Doug, Just sent you an email. I think it's the SD Card that has come loose. With kind regards, Michel
