XML parse error http://192/168.1.3/desc error

I can not locate my ISY on my network in Vista, but when I go into the router I see it.

 

I used www.universal-devices.com/27 and am able to see the admin console, but am getting a XML parse error.

 

Any ideas?

I tried to clear the Java Cache and that didn't do anything.
