mcrean Posted May 10, 2008 Posted May 10, 2008 I am using a Mac with OS X. On my PC, I can sort the columns in program summary. On the Mac, I cannot. I figured this was a Java version thing until I discovered I could sort the columns in the Main window. Is this something that can be fixed easily? I tried the new version of Java, but Firefox will not even run the applet and Safari acts the same as before, so I reverted back to the old version. Thanks!
Michel Kohanim Posted May 11, 2008 Posted May 11, 2008 Hello mcrean, Column sorting is a native feature only available in Java 6 ... so, Java 6 is not even running in Firefox? That's a shame. To answer your question, when we started ISY, column sorting was not a feature and thus we implemented it ourselves. Unfortunately, it'll be a little difficult to do the same with programs without having to change a big portion of the table. If this is a necessity, then we will implement it but I must admit that it will not have a very high priority. With kind regards, Michel I am using a Mac with OS X.
