osurh18
I recently noticed that a keypad I had was blinking everytime I went to use it. The device still worked properly but just blinked a few times after any key was pressed. I logged into my ISY-99i using: http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/. I didn't see anything unusual in terms of error messages or anything. I did notice that I could not see any of the "Current States" of any of the devices. This caused me to go look at my actual/physical PLM and my ISY-99i. The PLM (2413s) had a red led on that is normally green. I unplugged the device and the ISY as well. And then let both reboot. The red lef is now green again but when I log into the ISY I still don't see any Current States. Any help is appreciated.
Brian H
What does the Diagnostics Tab. PLM Info/Status Show?
osurh18
Brian, Thanks for the quick response. I actually did a manual factory reset on the PLM and that seemed to get it up and running correctly.
LeeG
osurh18 If the factory reset was successful the PLM link database has been erased. A File | Restore Modem (PLM) has to be issued to rebuild the PLM link database.
