Unable to determine insteon engine

Was getting this error when trying to add a device.....

 

Took a while but I went to the manual and figured out I needed to press the double round arrow icon to link.....was using New Insteon Device (light bulb icon) to try to add...

 

Hopefully will help someone else who may be having the problem
