seustace Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 I have an Insteon 6 button keypad installed and am using 2 access points set up on different phases. Have successfully linked all of my switches throughout the house and can link to my 6 button keypad. When I do link it, I get the on/off plus the 4 scenes to show up as linked, but they are all listed as "unsupported device:1.66". I had an ISY99 before today and just installed the new ISY994 running 4.0.5. I have hard reset the switch multiple times and relinked. Each time I can link, but I still get the unsupported device notification (I can control the light through the console and remotely, but I am guessing I will run into issues down the road when I begin trying to put each of the 4 buttons into various scenes). LeeG Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 Click Help | About and check what is displayed for UI (Admin Console). It sounds like you are invoking an older Admin Console. Clear the Java cache and insure the URL being used to invoke the Admin Console is correct for 4.0.5. The 1.66 is the Dual Band KeypadLinc which was not known by earlier UI levels.
