luken001
My PLM died (no green light). I bought a new one and did the PLM restore step. The ISY994i can talked to the devices and the programs work; however, device status changes are no longer being reflected in the ISY or event viewer. If I do a query, it finds the new status. Also, when re-linking, it used to go through a series of "writing" steps that were shown on the admin console. This no longer happens. Any thoughts? luken001
No - I did not do that - should I?
LeeG
NO, do not run Delete Modem! Run Show PLM Links Table and click Count when display is finished. May be necessary to do this a few times to insure the count is consistent.
luken001
Ran it several times and it settled on "15" - there are 24 items listed under ISY (1 sensor/relay and one 6-button unit)
LeeG
First run Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM/Info. Verify it is showing the correct PLM info. There is one Sensor/Relay and 1 6 button KPL installed? Is that all the Insteon devices?
luken001
The other devices are switches and plugin controls. I was able to get the sensor/relay working by deleting the device and re-linking.
