Then I clicked on the Administration Console Lint and an "Application Error" window popped up with a red Stop Sign Exclamation Mark that says: ClassNotFoundException com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet.class If I go to http:// it starts, but with all the above troubles. This happens with both Windows IE and Google Chrome. I tried adding both of these to the Intranet and then Trusted list and each produced the same results.. Same issues still exist. Will now try a full uninstall of all Java items and then a fresh install. Rich
