I have UPnP enabled and Java loaded. I have Norton's Firewall disabled. I am not able to access the ISY-26. Does this have a default ip address? I have tried to access it by connecting it directly to my computer as well as to a router. No luck. Thank you for any assistance.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please make sure your PLM is connected to Port A and then please try http://www.universal-devices.com/MyInsteonISY . I will also follow up by calling you today (Sunday) if that's OK.
