I have an ISY991 version 3.3.1 and I'm trying to add a2845-222 door sensor. It's indicating to me that this is an unsupported device. Do I need to upgrade to get this device?

Image 3.3.10 is the latest that will install on a 99i. That image was released well before the Door Sensor was announced and released. 4.1.2 has support for the Door Sensor which requires a 994i. The UDI Web site under "Buy" tab has an upgrade option listed for upgrading to a 994i.

Thanks for the update - just to confirm, Is the upgrade a whole new box, or do you just send a new card? Do I send my old one back? Not sure how it works.
