Isy 99i stop working

Hi:

 

My isy 99i stop working last week. I tried a couple of suggestions with no luck; and finally decide to upgrade to a new 994. Unfortunately I didn't have a recent backup of the isy. Is there any way to get a backup from the sd card? I'm able to read from the sd card.

Yes, but you need an SD Card reader on your computer. If you do have one, please send an email to support@universal-devices.com with a link to this post and we'll help you.
