The only product to recommend

I'm completed six residential installations and have four pending and this is the only automation product I will support or recommend to my clients. Every one I've installed the client has been happy with the results and the units "just work". The only maintenance I've had to do is add new modules to the installation and I can do that remotely. That is a time saver nice my installations are in Orlando and Jacksonville. I upgraded a system for a client who is quadriplegic so reliability is very important. The one time she did have an issue with one of her wall plugs I was able to resolve it remotely in five minutes. She recently purchased two additional wall switches and she was able to configure them in ISY994 herself. (her dad plugged the switches into the wall). This is a great product and the support is five start. I've had my unit for a number of years, starting with ISY99 and it just works and that is a high complement.

On the remote/client end, port forward port 443 through the router and point it at the ISY. Set up a DynDNS service to track the external IP of the router/modem.  Then in your ISY Finder simply add the url pointing to https://DynDNSname:443
