No additional modules available?

I am trying to get a moblinc feature to work with my isy99i PRO: MobiLinc Connect. To do so, I have to buy a module (Mobilinc Connect).

However, when I navigate to help, then purchase modules, I am led to a webpage that says:

 

 

Modules

No modules installed for this product.

No additional modules available.

 

How can I purchase the needed module?
