Missing Required Permission Manifest Attribute

When I try and load the admin console from My Network, I get the following error: "Missing Required Permission Manifest Attribute in Main Jar: http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/web/insteon jar. I have no problem accessing "My ISY" through the website. How can I fix this issue?
