Hi,

 

I'm trying to add a new Keypad Dimmer (2334-222 v7) to my network and r I'm unning into issues.

 

It successfully identifies the KP as a 2334-2 but then fails with:

 

The following devices could not be added:

XX.YY.ZZ (2334-2) KeypadLinc Dimmer 8 Buttons V .43

- Cannot determine device link table address.

 

 

i'm running an 994i with Version 4.0.5 of the firmware.

 

The Keypad itself seems to be working fine. I successfully manually linked a OutletLinc to one of the scene buttons.

 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps updating the firmware to a newer version would help. Also, make sure your admin panel is up to date.

Thanks oberkc, that did it.

 

I updated to Beta firmware 4.1.2 and associated Admin console and all is right with the world again.
