edfinley Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 Hi folks, I just replaced my antiquated PLM with the latest dual-band. All of a sudden my morninglinc deadbolt controller still works but I'm getting errors that show it is not properly linked to the new PLM. When I right click on "write updates to device" I get: Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:32 : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 15 13 0E 0F 0D 00 Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:32 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 0F 0D 00 06 (00) Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 0D FF (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [iNST-TX-I2CS] 02 62 15 13 0E 1F 09 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 F6 Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 1F 09 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 F6 06 LNK-ON (01) Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 09 FF LNK-ON (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:33 : [LNK-BGN ] 02 64 01 00 06 Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:37 : [LNK-END ] 02 65 06 : : Unexpected, ignored (65) Fri 04/11/2014 16:38:37 : [ 15 13 E 1] ERR 1 If I just try to open the lock it works but I get the following: Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:05 : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 15 13 0E 0F 11 00 Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:05 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 0F 11 00 06 LTONRR (00) Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:06 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 11 FF LTONRR (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:06 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:10 : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 15 13 0E 0F 11 00 Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:10 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 0F 11 00 06 LTONRR (00) Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:11 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 11 FF LTONRR (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:11 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:42:11 : [ 15 13 E 1] ERR 0 If I right click on "Restore Device" I get: Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:36 : [ 15 13 E 2] Preparing Device '15.13.0E-Off' for Restore Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:36 : [ 15 13 E 2] Device '15.13.0E-Off' ready for Full Restore Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [All ] Writing 9 bytes to devices Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 15 13 0E 0F 0D 00 Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 0F 0D 00 06 (00) Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 0D FF (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [iNST-TX-I2CS] 02 62 15 13 0E 1F 09 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 F6 Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:37 : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 15.13.0E 1F 09 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 F6 06 LNK-ON (01) Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:38 : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 15.13.0E 2B.95.85 2B 09 FF LNK-ON (FF) Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:38 : [std-Direct Ack] 15.13.0E-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=2 Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:38 : [LNK-BGN ] 02 64 01 00 06 Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:42 : [LNK-END ] 02 65 06 : : Unexpected, ignored (65) Fri 04/11/2014 16:45:42 : [ 15 13 E 1] ERR 1 Any help would be appreciated. edfinley Posted April 11, 2014 Author Share Posted April 11, 2014 Problem solved. I removed the morninglinc controller from my devices then re-linked it and it seems to be working. Ed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
