I mean no disrespect to UDI, but the ISY does not have a watch dog timer, real time clock, built in battery backup, is not UL rated for fire protection or public safety applications.

None taken and I do appreciate your feedback with minor corrections.

ISY does have a watchdog timer but we have explicitly disabled it because it's very important for us to catch bugs/errors that cause the unit to crash instead of just rebooting it.

real time clock, built in battery backup,

ISY does have real time clock. It also has a battery to keep the clock going for up to 6 hours. Correct that it does not have a battery backup.
