I would like to use insteon to trigger a 12v 198mA strobe light. I know I can do it with a 12 wall wart but I'm hoping to do it directly from a insteon device. Are there any devices from insteon that directly outputs 12v?

There is no Insteon module that directly outputs 12 volts DC.

As pointed out an I/OLinc or one of the Smartenit modules with an output relay could be used.
