I am unable to get a new 2450 I/o to linc to my 994i with version 4.0.5 and plm 2413s what are the steps to do this?

Also unable to linc with mobilinc.

Since the 2450 is a single band device you will want to see that you palm is on the same phase as the 2450 or that you have a dual band device installed on the opposite phase from your plm.
