Getting phantom Email Notifications - help!

I had setup an email notification to be sent when a motion detector low battery signal provided a status of ON. The ISY-994 program looks like this:

If Time is 8:00PM

And Status 'Motion1-Low Bat' is ON

Then Send Notification to '...' content 'Low Battery Motion1'

When the battery got low, I indeed received a notification, but at 1:00am. First thing, why the time difference? Is there a time zone translation I've missed somewhere? Does the ISY use GMT?

But then the bigger problem: After I replaced the battery, I confirmed the 'Low Bat' status returned to OFF. BUT!!!...I continue to get the notification email every evening at 1:00am. I even disabled the program, but am still getting the email notification DAILY. What is going on?! Help ;)
