I have configured my bedrooms each with a KPL and FL with four scenes (on ISY 994i) controlling fan speed (HIGH, MED, LOW, OFF) using http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/8205-programming-fanlinc/ as a base.

 

I now want to get the KPL's ON/OFF buttons to function as dimmers like they do in the default configuration.  I can only control ramp rate and on/off.  What event do I need to capture to get dimmers to work when I hold the on or off button?

They should just work :)  Make sure the KPL main switch and the FL light are both set to controllers in the scene for the light.  Pretty much exactly how you'd setup a normal "3-way" switch setup if you're familiar with that.

As long as the KPL primary node is in a scene as controller with the FL Light node as responder then it should just work as you want.  No program necessary.

Thanks!  That did it.  I had scenes built for the FL_Motor, but not for the FL_Light.
