unlinking

I have been playing with commands on my isy interface but have now noticed that on my keypad one button that is not linked to anything controls a light that it should not. Is there a way that I can fix this without doing a hard reset? 

 

I am using a isy controller with a 6 button insteon keypad and the light that it is controlling is a insteon 2477d switch

You can do it manually (follow the user manual instructions) or do it from ISY.

Try creating a scene that mimics the behavior you are seeing, then delete the scene.

Tried that.. no success ... I am trying to avoid a hard reset because I would have to relink the whole keypad. 

 

any other ideas?

You can do a hard reset of the device, then do a "Restore Device" from ISY, and it will be back to normal.

 

Or do you have manual links created?  Or using another controller in parallel to ISY?
