jmed999 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 My irrigation system would have run this morning but for some reason my ET was 0 for yesterday. Not sure why. Don't think it has done this before. I've also been having rain issues for a couple months... http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/13646-rain-today-issue/ Before that it was the transition to HAM. I know you guys have worked hard on these issues but frankly it's becoming a pain. I constantly have to switch between my manual 3 days per wk program and my program that uses ET. Because of this I have days that it irrigates after a rain and other days I thought it was going to water the grass but doesn't (like this morning). I'm wondering if the water/cost savings is worth the hassle and babysitting. Not trying to complain...just giving frank criticism. Anyone else not getting an ET?
Michel Kohanim Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Hi jmed999, I am so very sorry to hear. The first question is why irrigation requirement was set to 0. The only way that this is currently possible is if a program called Reset Variables on the irrigation module. Do you have such a program and could it have been activated by mistake? With kind regards, Michel
jmed999 Posted August 30, 2014 Author Posted August 30, 2014 The irrigation req wasn't set to 0. Not sure where that came from. The ET was 0.
Michel Kohanim Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Hi jmed999, ET might fluctuate during the day and is set to 0 at 12:00 AM. The most important thing is the irrigation requirement which is used in programs to figure out when to water the plants. Is Irrigation Requirement changing? With kind regards, Michel
