io_guy
Ok, so I have a scene with 2 lights. Controller is a switch, responder is a dimmer that used to be set to an on level of 40%. I've changed the dimmer on level (in the scene) to 20% but it does not work. If I turn the light on locally, it goes to 20%. If I turn it on via the controller switch, it still goes to 40%. If I turn it on via the scene in the admin console it goes to 20%. Do I just do a device restore on each device or should I try something else? stusviews
Click on the name of the scene (not the device). What's the responder set to?
io_guy
Set to 20. Scene works fine when I turn it on from the console.
LeeG
A Scene definition has a set of Responder On Levels (PLM is actually the Controller in this case) Each Controller in the Scene has a unique set of Responder On Levels The Scene name Responder values apply when the Scene name is used in a Program or the Scene is turned On in the Admin Console or other app. The Controller Responder values apply when that Controller is used to turn On the Responders. Clicking on the Red Controller name displays the Responder values used when that Controller is physically operated. Also The Responder dimmer should be a Controller in the Scene as well as the switch so both devices stay in sync.
