Bendrix Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I've had mobile link installed on iPhone for 10 months all OK. Today it suddenly will not communicate with the ISY controller. I checked the settings both on the browser interface for the UD admin console and they are identical to my iPhone. My wife's iPhone, with identical setting is working with no problem. Mine was working until this morning. I got a pop up message asking me to email Mobile Link with any suggestions I might have. I did and after that, I cannot reconnect. I've reset the phone, reset the ISY, rebooted the cable modem and the router. Everything works except my iphone. BTW, my suggestion was a bit of a question/complaint. I prefer to leave my external ip address in my Mobile Link lighting controller settings, yet at random times, it reverts to the local IP address. Question, what causes the reversion. Complaint, I'd rather it did not do that. Can I make it stop? Please help Quote
