Title pretty much says it all.  I had a complex program and for whatever reason the kitchen motion sensor wasn't turning on the kitchen lights.  I checked and the motion sensor is going on and the program is running to turn on the lights but it never turns on.  Same problem with the hallway program and bathroom.  This is my event log if it helps:

Right click on the program in the program tree, select "Copy to Clipboard" and then paste it into a reply here so that we may see what the program is trying to do.  It would also be helpful to know what the lights and motion sensor device addresses are to help make sense of your event log.
