I've had the motion sensor installed for a few months.  Also have the ISY setup to email me when the battery indicates LOW.  But was curious if somehow the ISY misses the batteries status change, how can I tell if the ISY and Sensor are communicating?

I would activate the motion sensor and see if you get a command to the ISY. The event viewer will show all commands recieved by the ISY.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
