Michel Kohanim Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Hi Philip, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Usually, the problem is that the PLM is not making good contact with the cable (RJ45). Sometimes, swapping the RJ45 cables fixes this issue. But, the best solution is to request for a new PLM.
