Old Console? No TLS Settings

Featured Replies

I'm troubleshooting an issue a user is having with my new app.  He cannot authenticate.

It appears he is running 4.2.23 from Jan 30.

I was suspecting the issue might be related to TLS 1.2 support.  I have 4.2.18 which advertises TLS1.2 settings for PRO users.  Looking at my console I cannot find that setting.  I found another user posted a screen shot of their network settings and they have the TLS settings.

Help About shows 4.2.18, so I thought that meant I was using the updated console.

Am I using an old admin console or is there something else I'm missing?

I'm attaching both images.

Thanks,

Joe

Joe-

The TLS settings are found in the Dashboard, not the admin console. You can download the Dashboard.jnlp from the announcement post for your firmware level.  4.2.18 is an older console.  4.2.23 is current.  I do recomment moving to the current firmware, console and dashboard versions.

PS:  just looked over your website and App.  Nice work.  I see this on my wall in the not too distant future.  Keep up the excellent work!

Thanks for the compliment.

I'll upgrade once 4.2.23 becomes an official release.

I'll try the dashboard settings later tonight.

Thank you.  I'm using the dashboard now.  I have questions about the network settings, but will create a new post for that.
