Okay doke -- good news is that it does not appear to be a multi-sensor.  Here's what I see

Howdy,

Wanted to report back that it seems that it is NOT an ISY problem, per se (or at least I don't think so).

As I mentioned, in one of my houses, the ISY is the ZWave secondary.  In general, that hasn't been a problem with things being reported, but this seems like one that was.

I had a spare sensor and brought it to my other house where the ISY is the ZWave master and added it in.  It worked correctly (reporting changes as they happened).

When the exact same switch/unit was added to the primary controller at the first house, it appeared in the ISY, but would not receive any updates and not update after a poll/query either (even after the device was first "woken" up).

So not exactly sure why this device alone seems to not update when ISY is a ZWave secondary, but since it will work with it's a Primary, I have to believe this is some secondary controller weirdness and not the ISY.

I have healed the ZWave network from it's primary and it hadn't helped.  This was the only device (out of about 20) that I added to the ISY with my older Vera3 acting as a the ZWave master that didn't show status changes as they happened. That includes other battery powered ZWave devices (locks and climate sensors).  All the rest worked great!
