mkg Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I searched all the relevant forums, but unable to find an answer to this.. I have a "ISY-99i" (w/PLM) and I would like a upgrade it to a model of "ISY-994" which can be integrate with my PGE SmartMeter such that I can monitor my electric usage in real-time. My questions are: Which model of "ISY-994i" I need to buy? What will I need to do to integrate it with PGE SmartMeter? Thanks! --Mike
Teken Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Hello Mike, 1. You will need to purchase the 994ZS Series Controller. 2. You will need to engage PG&E to enroll your ISY and issue a key. It would be best to reach out to the POCO first to confirm they are participating in this endeavor. If you create a service request with UDI they can arrange a time and date to be on the phone with all parties to facilitate this process for you. As sometimes the person you get on the phone has absolutely no clue what's going on. Going through UDI will make this process less stressful. Ideals are peaceful - History is violent
Michel Kohanim Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Hi Mike, Teken is correct: you do need ISY994i ZS Series. Please do make sure that you have the latest firmware. If not, please let us know so that we can also upgrade the Zigbee radio. With kind regards, Michel
