The lock works great under the ISY Administrative Console.  Locks, Unlocks, displays current status.

 

Using the eKeypad iOS App, the locks displays the current status but it won't lock or unlock.  It is appearing in "Output" devices with an On / Off switch and Manual.

 

Toggling displays activity in the ISY Admin Console but not the same activity that using the Admin Console displays.  And the lock doesn't change status.

 

Any one have similar issues?  Resolution?

    I have the same issue. That's how the app is programmed to work. It just doesn't support this product right now.

    The app developer is very response; you may want to email him so he knows what the customers want.

    You also might want to buy Mobilinc. It's the most comprehensive ISY mobile app.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
