xev Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 I want to create a dozen or so very similar programs, and I really don't want to have to use the GUI to edit them each individually. Is there a way to create programs on your computer, then upload them all? I broke apart the ZIP file and saw the .PGM files, and they seem like basic XML. If I copy and edit them, will it work, or are there other files that refer to the specific programs? Thanks. Xev
Sub-Routine Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 You can use the Copy option from the right button menu and then Find/Replace, or the Export/Import from the same menu to use a text editor. I have to believe that would be safer than modifying the whole backup. Rand
xev Posted November 23, 2008 Author Posted November 23, 2008 I don't know how I missed the import option. Thanks. I wish that it took more than one program at a time, but that did it. Thanks! Michel Kohanim Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 xev, It does take more than one program at a time: put your programs inside a folder and import/export the folder. With kind regards, Michel I don't know how I missed the import option. Thanks. I wish that it took more than one program at a time, but that did it. xev Posted November 23, 2008 Author Posted November 23, 2008 So it does - thanks! I didn't see that documented anywhere, but I might have missed it. And why are you working on a Sunday? Michel Kohanim Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Hi xev, Thanks for the update. The reason I work on Sundays is that we don't have good documentation!
