Schlage Z-Wave can't add/remove lock

Schlage BE469NX: The lock has been functioning correctly for about a month. Today the lock showed a red exclamation mark. I tried Heal Z-Wave Network, Repair Links and Synchronize Nodes, all to no avail. I was not able to Remove/Exclude nor Add/Include the lock. I then used Remove Failed Node.

I an still unable to Remove/Exclude nor Add/Include the lock. Each time I try I get (at the lock) a red X instead of a green . Any suggestions.

BTW, I did call Schlage, but they were unable to help. Not that they didn't want to, but the ISY is not on their list of approved devices, so the rep didn't know what to try.

I have had no such issues with mine, so I can only offer one relatively vague thought, based on my experience during installation.  (You have already tried what I thought would work.)

I do recall that the schlage lock had an link as well as unlink (enroll?) function.  Have you tried to unenroll the lock from the schlage side of things?

Maybe not dozens, but certainly more than ten times. I also deleted all my Z-Wave devices, factory reset the Z-Wave dongle and added all the device back with no difficulty. This isn't my only Schlage lock, only the only one that's being ornery.
