paulbates Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Amazon had released its wifi dash buttons, $5 each for prime members. The idea is that you buy one for each item in your home you would like to re-order, configure it via wifi & and your phone to amazon... and place it near the item to be re-ordered. When you're running out, you press the button, and the order goes in and is shipped. Of course, there are android or apple push notifications. Would you do this? The closest thing I could think of I could ever consider is furnace filters and humidistat pads. Even then, I am going to take a few minutes and shop around. Chances are I have an account, and ordering does not take very long. Thoughts?
MWareman Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Yeah - recently other retailers are advertising better pricing some of the time. Always worth shopping around.
Teken Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I saw this last year and someone has already provided a hack for this device. I thought it was pretty interesting how they intended to use it. Ideals are peaceful - History is violent
larryllix Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Me thinks we should be able to purchase them bulk and create an ISY controlled organ with a dozen of Stu's BuzzLincs.
