oronomus Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 My ISY99i will not show any lights and will not power up or function after our whole-house power flickered on and off this morning. I have tried unplugging/re-plugging the PLM, and unplugging/re-plugging the PLM and network cords to the ISY99i. I have also pushed the reset button on the front panel - none of the front panel lights will come on. The PLM's light is ON on the side-button. My ISY99i did not come with a power supply cord, but has worked fine to date with the PLM plugged into Port A. Anything else I should try?

If none of the lights are on on ISY, then in all likelihood either the PLM or ISY are no longer functioning properly. If you have purchased your ISY directly from us, please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com and we'll pull up your record and send you a replacement. Otherwise, would you be kind enough to RMA to SH. May I humbly suggest that you also request for a new PLM?
