Problem With Admin Console

Occasionally, when I delete a program I get a message window entitled "Deleting 1 programs" whose content is balnk. The Admin Console freezes at that point and must be restarted. How do I eliminate this problem?

The basics? 

- Java Version (if you check your java version online you can see if other older versions are also installed.)

- Firmware Version

- UI Version

- any devices indicating waiting writes (green 1011 icons) or devices that don't communicate (red !)

Thanks, Larry, but I think I am out of my depth on this one. I plant to wait until it manifests again and submit a ticket.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
