Time drift issues, or something worse....

My INSY994i loses time pretty badly, so much so that I don't think it's any "normal" clock time drive issues.  Here's an event log from a few minutes ago.

Sun 11/01/2015 11:04:14 AM : Setting Time From NTP
Sun 11/01/2015 11:22:22 AM : [        Time] 11:22:22 0(0)
Sun 11/01/2015 11:41:13 AM : [11 C5 18 1  ] Link   16 : 0F78 [E201143B46010001] *Failed Writing [E201143B46010001]

Sun 11/01/2015 11:35:42 AM : Setting Time From NTP
Sun 11/01/2015 11:46:29 AM : [All         ] Writing 0 bytes to devices

As you can see, it was ~18 minutes behind at 11:22, which it held OK until 11:44, when it jumped back ~9 minutes.  Clicking the "Synchronize Now" button brought it back, but it's fallen back two minutes since then....

Any ideas?

Hi manowell,

I am so very sorry to hear. Please do make sure you have 4.3.26 installed. If you still get time drift issues, please send a request to sales@universal-devices.com for an RMA.

With kind regards,

Michel

I'm sending my ISY-994i back to Universal Devices for repair/replacement.  Having never done this before, is there any set of procedures I need to think about in advance?  I have a current backup, made today.
