ahwman Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 I recently noticed a low battery message reported from my ISY for an Insteon motion sensor. I promptly replaced it with a brand new sealed battery. That said, my ISY still reports that the battery is low. Must I reboot my ISY to reset this message? Thanks, Chuck Link to comment

LeeG Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 The Motion Sensor is not physically being queried. As you correctly remember battery device cannot be queried. The query request against the Low Bat node simply resets the Status to Off. Link to comment
