I have several command icons on my dashboard. For each command, I have set Program Options:Dashboard to "Run Then Command". But when I tap the icon, nothing happens. If i tap the settings icon and then tap Run Then Command from the Program Commands section, everything works as I expect.

 

Does anyone know what might cause this?

Hi rcxyz,

 

What you've described I would expect to work. There aren't any tricks here to get this working. Whatever path you have selected for the program on the Dashboard will execute when you tap the icon. 

 

Try removing the program from the Dashboard, confirm that it's been removed, and then add it again selecting the "Then" path. 

Also, try the other paths and monitor tapping the icon in the Admin Console to see if the ISY is seeing the commands from MobiLinc.

If your programs are in a folder, please make sure that your folder doesn't have any conditions.

LOL, I just figured out that you actually have to tap the cog, not just the tile. Everything is working as I expected now. Thanks for your responses.
