Monitor power usage from Insteon switches and plugs.

Is there any plan for the Insteon switches to be able to also track power usage and report that info to iPhone.

There used to be a way to assign device wattage and duty cycle.  ISY would then track power.  Since lights are either on or off the duty cycle would be 100.  I can't find that tab in the version I an running (V 4.3.26).

ISY would not track power based on that information. We had to remove it from Admin Console since it was not being used. It's still in the Dashboard (http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/dashboard.jnlp). Click on the wrench icon on the device and it will show up there.

Is there a reason why ISY cannot estimate power in this way? I remembered the wattage field and tried to use it last night. It would be extremely helpful to get an estimate based on hours "On" x wattage. I could get this information by parsing the log file, but I'd love to see it in the GUI.

The main reason is lack of resources vs. the benefits especially since these will only be estimates.
