jtbellush
I downgraded my ELK firmware today from 5.1.8 to 5.1.4. This was done to correct a bug in ELK 5.1.8 that was causing some lighting problems. However, now that I am on 5.1.4, the ISY does not communicate with ELK. I checked the IP address which is correct, I am using the port 2101. I have tried taking them out of the admin console and re-entering and saving. Still no luck. I cleared out java cache. Any ideas? Michel Kohanim
Hello JTB, Are you sure your ELK RP is not connected? ELK disconnects ALL clients as long as ELK RP is connected. Please do let me know. With kind regards, Michel I downgraded my ELK firmware today from 5.1.8 to 5.1.4. This was done to correct a bug in ELK 5.1.8 that was causing some lighting problems. jtbellush
Michel, I did have the RP open initially. I realized it and closed it. ISY still did not re-establish communication until I rebooted it. Now all is well. Thanks, JT
gregoryx
ISY still did not re-establish communication until I rebooted it. Now all is well. Thought it worth noting that I experienced the same thing. This post prompted me to reboot the ISY and all started working thereafter. Just in case someone else experiences this...
