Are these thermostats compatible with ISY/Insteon?

Unfortunately not that I am aware of. RCS Zigbee thermostats do support schedules (and we support them) but the Z-Wave counterparts we have not been able to figure out yet.

What would be required to figure out the RCS' z-wave thermostat schedules? Do I need to get RCS to send you some documentation and you can say yay or nay? Or is it not that simple?
