What browser and operating system are you using?

What browser and operating system are you using? I am a network engineer. The ISY is not getting an IP address. I have network smart switch and can look at switch to see all info. I have scanned the network and no ips for the ISY

Requesting a DHCP Assigned IP Address When prompted for IP Address, enter 0.0.0.0 When prompted for NetMask, ignore When prompted for Gateway, ignore When prompted for DNS Server, ignore When prompted with Save Changes, enter Y. I am confused by your terms.. plug what directly in to Modem? what switch? I have USB/Serial plugged directly into the ISY. when plug in network cable it does not come up on the network

I have software to identify all IPs on network I have smart network switches and it isn't there How do you connect to the internet I understood you were behind a switch that is then connected to what? I have a network switch that is plugged into a Cisco ASA remember, this all worked until I attempted to upgrade the ISY software

I suspect the Cisco has an internal switch with a number of ports you could use to plug directly into? I would attempt that to see if it's visible to the Cisco router.
