rwsani99 Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Have been using MobiLinc Connect for years but just switched to direct connection because I want to use ISY Portal with Amazon Echo. Everything seems fine but during the sync process it hangs when it gets to two of my three KeyPadLincs. It hangs on the first one, I deleted that keypadlinc and it the hangs on the second keypadlinc (seems to sync correctly with 3rd keypadlinc). I added the first one back to my system and now it hangs on that device. All of my devices are now listed in the MobiLinc app but no status or control is available. Thanks for any input.
MWareman Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Have you tried pointing Mobilinc to ISY Portal? I'm told that should work now, but have not been able to test it yet. Just put 'my.ISY.io' in the secure field and leave the HTTP field blank. Select 'secure' and enter you ISY Portal username and password. Also, are you Android or IOS. I've had loads of issues with Mobilinc on Android the last few versions - I gave up on it.

I had done all of what you said but I had a much longer path specified than just my.isy.io in the secure field. Once I changed that, everything worked correctly. Thanks for taking your time to reply
