flsenior Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 I have a 2476D Dimmer switch that has been installed for some time. It is not linked to any programs. Recently I noticed that the switch will display a 3% "ON" position in the morning. The led indicators on the dimmer are in the total "OFF" position and I see no illumination from the lights (halogen 2 x 35W spots). I have checked the switch in the evening to make certain that the switch is in the OFF position and will notice the change to 3% ON in the morning. I am confirming the relative ON/OFF readings via MobiLinc Connect. Any ideas what may be causing the 3% On indication overnight? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LeeG Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 Need to see an Event Trace at LEVEL 3 to be certain. Sounds like duplicate message response, perhaps during 3AM Query, that is interpreted as an On at very low level. Turn On Event Viewer at LEVEL 3 at bedtime, and post trace when SwitchLinc shows 3% under Admin Console.
