Hi,

 

I use an ISY994 IR Pro & it has been great.  Lately I noticed that both in the web access, Admin app, & mobilinc that items are not in sync.  Like right now it says Rich office ceiling is off on all three (Admin, Web, Mobilinc) but it is turned on.  If i hit the off button, the lights go off.

 

If i hit on (when light is off), the light will not turn on.  If i hit fast on, it does turn on.  Off seems to work just fine.  

 

Any ideas what is causing the problem?

 

I am using Firmware 4.2.8.

 

Things used to work fine & are semi working now but something isnt right.

What UI version are you using?  (Help > About)

Also.. you might think about updating your firmware to 4.4.2

It could indicate a going-bad PLM missing link records.

 

Try right-clicking the PLM (in the Admin Console) and clicking 'Restore'. That will put back any missing records. You can then test (the web interface is fairly authoritative).

 

If that was the problem, plan to replace (or repair) your PLM shortly. How old is it?
