Can't add devices like CT100 after z-wave firmware upgrade

Featured Replies

I am running 4.3.26 and I upgraded the z-wave controller to the latest firmware. Bad mistake. I have tried rebooting, factory resetting the Z-wave dongle, upgrading and downgrading the firmware. Nothing

If I get lucky enough to have it add, the CT100 adds as two devices that only show the current temp and the mode, not the screen I had before where I could set anything I wanted to and had a screen with a number of options to set the mode (heat, cool etc) and the temperatures.

The other issue I get is this message. (capture2 image attached)

Help!

Hi dski,

Can you please go to Help | About and let me know your firmware and UI versions?

With kind regards,

Michel

4.3.26 on both.

Hi dski,

This is very odd. If you have already tried Excluding first and then including, it would be best to submit a ticket so that we can see what's going on.

With kind regards,

Michel

When I put it in exclude mode (even though it is not in the list) and then try to 'pair' it, nothing happens.

Hi dski,

If you have not added any other RF devices and/or moved/removed Z-Wave devices in your network, please submit a ticket and we'd be delighted to help figuring out what's going on.

With kind regards,

Michel
