Bought the portal, now where is the network module?

So i read that the network module comes with the isy portal, so i bought the portal.

I have that showing up on my admin console under portal (portal integration, online, registered and activer services, myname, registered). FW fand UI are both v4.4.3

The instructional for the ECHO ( then says to make sure security is correct and points to: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/production/ISY994%20Series%20Network%20Security%20Guide.pdf which has photos of a UI that I do not recognize.

More importantly, I do not have the networking options shown in the networking security guide. I am guessing that is because i do not have the networking module activated/installed.

So I look up "network module" and at the top of that page it says, "Now included with ISY Portal - Requires firmware and UI versions 4.4.3+" which sends me back to the Echo/IFTTT page from earlier.

tl;dr: bought portal, can't find network module. help.

I'm on 5.0.2 so I don't really know (and now I'm asked to uninstall the network module every time I login :)  however, my understanding is you need to go to Help > Manage Modules in UI to install.

The link you've included is to the Dashboard were you can manage security settings (download from 4.4.3 thread.)

Edit:  Oops... here's info I received when I opted to extend my portal subscription due to network resource purchase.

- Go to Help | Manage Modules so that the Network Module is uninstalled (it's included in ISY Portal)

Please note that Network Module is now included in ISY Portal and you won't see it under Modules. This said, however, all the functionality is immediately available both in the Admin Console as well as the firmware.

So.. I don't know where you'll find it :)

That Networking tab is the network module. It wouldn't be there otherwise. Click 'Add' to define your first network resource.

Also, take a look at the Wiki. Tons of examples to pour thru.

Also, the web server tab wouldn't exist without the networking module being enabled.

Update, just saw this:

The wording of the 'Please Note' for prior purchases of the module seems to imply that you don't get the actual Network Module with a Portal subscription. You do, however, get the functionality of the network module for the duration of your portal subscription.

That's why you have the tabs of the network module, but you won't see the module in your 'Installed Modules' list. And if your portal subscription expires, the functionality will disable as well.

I also purchased the portal module, but I don't even have the "Networking" tab. Other portal features are working, however. What do I have to do to get the networking tab to show up?

What is your UI and firmware version? You must be on 4.4.3 to get this.
