zip Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 I've installed Mobilinc Pro on my iPhone. I get a message "Found SmartLinc at IP 192.168.1.xxx:xxxx. This IP address does not match the one I have for my ISY in the DHCP table of my router. It prompts me for my user name and password (I assume the credentials for my ISY). I enter then and it cycles with a message "Please Wait Retrieving Rooms and Scenes" then I get a message "Connection Timeout Error Communicating with the SmartLinc. Please verify your connection in My Settings." I'm clueless at this point.
